Art Direction
I developed the visual direction for Security Journal UK, creating a professional and contemporary aesthetic through bold typography, strong imagery and a distinctive colour palette. The aim was to give the publication a confident visual identity while keeping the subject matter accessible and engaging.
Editorial Layout
I designed the editorial layouts with a strong focus on hierarchy, balance and readability. A consistent grid system was used to organise headlines, body copy, imagery and supporting content, while larger typographic treatments create visual impact across key feature spreads.
Visual System
I created a flexible visual system using typography, colour, graphic elements and recurring layout details. This allowed each feature to have its own personality while maintaining a cohesive look and feel throughout the publication, creating a consistent and recognisable editorial experience.
