Solace Branding

Solace is a future-facing property management platform designed to make life easier for estate agents, landlords, and tenants by automating the essential — and often tedious — parts of running a property portfolio. Acting as a virtual back office, Solace handles communication, compliance, payments, and support in one seamless cloud-based system.

We were brought in to create the full digital identity, user experience, and interface design from the ground up. Our goal was to reflect Solace’s promise of clarity, simplicity, and reliability through every visual and interaction.

The brand is anchored in a refined minimalist style inspired by modern architecture — structured, elegant, and light-filled. Crisp photography of clean-lined buildings complements the sleek interface components. Soft neutral tones and desaturated blues set a professional, calm tone, while geometric typography communicates confidence without being aggressive.

This approach allowed us to create a digital environment that feels both modern and stable — a place users can trust with their daily operations.

The homepage introduces Solace Management with a bold headline and architectural imagery, immediately establishing a sense of scale and professionalism. Below, users are invited to “Supercharge Your Portfolio in 60 Days,” positioning Solace as a high-impact solution. The layout is clean and rhythmic, drawing the eye downward with confidence and clarity.

On the About page, we shifted tone slightly to focus on legacy and purpose. The copy is more reflective, explaining AES Digital’s long-standing presence in the industry and its mission to help property owners adapt and thrive in a changing market. Large-format imagery reinforces the forward-looking attitude of the brand, while the tone of voice builds credibility.

The Client Accounts page introduces the technical side of the platform — showing how Solace offers a custom system for tracking rental income, managing cash flows, and integrating transactional data. We designed the interface to simplify complexity: using digestible language, clear headings, and generous whitespace to prevent user fatigue.

Pricing is laid out in side-by-side tiers, with well-structured feature lists that make comparisons easy at a glance. A clear call to action invites users to “Get Started” with confidence. Adjacent to this is the Contact section, which includes opening hours, address details, and a streamlined form designed for quick input. This section also integrates a map for spatial context, rounding out the platform’s practical, user-friendly approach.
